About Move Better Support

Support that started with one family, one kid, and a soccer ball.

We're a small, Adelaide-based team helping people with disability get active, try new things, and build genuine confidence — one session at a time.

Noah Daw, Founder of Move Better Support

Where it started

Move Better Support was founded by Noah Daw, who spent months working one-on-one with a young participant — building fitness, confidence, and a genuine love of the game, until he was ready to contribute to his own soccer team.

That experience became the blueprint for the company: patient, one-on-one support that meets a person exactly where they are, and helps them get to where they want to be — whether that's the football field, the local pool, or just feeling more confident heading out the door.

"I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. My experience in sport has shaped my strong work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to supporting others."

Noah holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness.

💪 With his Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Noah can also put together a personalised fitness plan and guide gym-based sessions if that's what a family is after.

Our values

These aren't words on a wall — they're how we choose every worker and shape every session.

🎯

Person-centred

Every session is built around your goals, your pace, and what matters to you.

😊

Playful & positive

Support should feel encouraging, not clinical — we bring genuine energy to every session.

🤝

Genuine connection

Real rapport, not just a rostered visit — trust is what makes progress possible.

📈

Real progress

We track what matters and celebrate the small wins that add up to real independence.
