Support for children & young people

If your child has a disability โ€” including autism โ€” and needs support to get active, try new things, and build confidence, we're here to help. Every session is one-on-one, at your child's pace, and built around what your family actually needs.

๐Ÿค

Your child's pace, always

No pressure, no rushing โ€” sessions move at whatever pace helps your child feel comfortable and safe.

๐ŸŽฏ

Goals you set together

We sit down with parents first to understand what matters most, then build sessions around those goals.

๐Ÿ”

Consistency & familiar faces

Wherever possible, your child sees the same worker each time, so trust and routine can build naturally.

๐ŸŒค๏ธ

Flexible, sensory-aware sessions

If a day needs to look different, it will โ€” we adapt activities and pace to how your child is feeling.

๐Ÿƒ

All our activities, made for kids

Gym, sport, community outings โ€” every focus area can be tailored for younger participants.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

You're kept in the loop

Regular updates on how sessions are going, so you can see progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Noah has been working with my son for the past three months, and he has been wonderful with him. He's built such a great rapport with him, making every session enjoyable and motivating. I have seen a huge improvement in my son's fitness, confidence, and enthusiasm for exercise, and he can now contribute to his soccer team.

Wel P. Parent of a participant

This experience is part of what led Noah to found Move Better Support โ€” the same patient, person-centred approach is at the heart of every session our team runs today.
